With the growth and advancement in the field of technology and resources innovation, communication and computational paradigm has observed a drastic change. With vastly increasing data and users, and in want of high efficiency and performance, there has been a revolution both in the approach as well as technological advancement. There has come a need to improve upon the already existing techniques and solution for the problems which calls the need to inhibit intelligence in the art of solving problem. This eases out and in some cases make solutions possible for some of the challenging problems in various domains like medical science, weather forecasting, business analysis etc. which earlier prove to be daunting. Emergence of fields like Parallel and Distributed Computing, Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, High Performance Computing etc. in the field of computing and enhancements in the field of communication for Wireless Sensor Networks, IOT, Network Security, Communication and Network Intelligence etc. has provided a new dimension to churn out not only solutions but optimized results to benefit users.

The aim of the special issue is to bring together researchers, academicians, engineers, industry professionals and elites working in all areas of communication and computational intelligence to share their research and innovative ideas for cutting edge solutions.
